"Uh huh." He stepped closer to her again, sliding an arm back around her waist to pull her closer to him, share his warmth with her. With his focus on her, he failed to see her father as well.

"Relaxing is very important. And I know how to touch you and how to do it quietly so you will relax," he said into her ear. "I'll kiss your back, kiss that tension away and try and replace it with relaxation."

And he was back to kissing her neck. Apparently the interruption hadn't totally thrown him off. "I'd say I'd even try and talk to you in ways I usually don't but it might not be the right time and that might just further your tension. Hmm. You know I can, though."
