"I'm sure we can write them a little note to explain," Bod said, bringing the food over on three separate plates and settling them on the bed for the three of them. He'd given each person a little of everything. Dorian immediately went for the donuts, of course.

"Dorian, maybe you could draw something for your grandmother too?" he asked before looking at Kate. "I know we can't give it to her but still. We can take it to Kansas with us."
