Room 324, Saturday Afternoon
"...Dammit."
Some weeks ago, Kate had had a little accident with glitter. Namely, she'd dumped a containerful of it in one of her desk drawers. She'd tried to clean it all up, but it was like the drawer was generating more of it by itself, and so she'd given up and just avoided using anything in the drawer until she absolutely had to.
Well, now that time had come, because she was packing and wanted to take a certain sketchbook back to her mom. And it happened to be in that drawer, and so she’d taken it out and yeah. Now there seemed to be glitter all over everything, and especially her hands, which just made it spread more.
But whatever. Glitter wasn't the end of the world. She was going to get everything packed now, glitterified or not, and then maybe head into town for a massive DDR session later. It was her last day at Fandom before a week in Overland Park; she wasn't about to let that get ruined.
[ooc: Open door & post, last chance to talk to her face-to-face before she goes to Kansas. I'm around on and off all day.]

Just as she was stepping closer to him, something above caught her attention. "...Okay, where did that mistletoe come from?"

And glitterifying him in the process, of course.

"You're a smartass, Kate," he said, grinning at her. "How long you gonna be gone?"

She smirked at him. "Don't worry, I won't be gone long."

"Well, Christmas here is probably interesting enough," she said, shoving the shirts into her backpack. "Although you probably should go home, even for a while."
