Room 324, Late Thursday Morning
"-- So then what? ...Oh, oh, like in that movie? You know. ...What do you mean, you don't? We watched it like three times in a row last spring when I had the-- Yes. That one. With the guy with the hair and the--"
Back in Overland Park, T was out, for some reason or other.
It meant that here in Fandom, Kate was sprawled on her bed with her phone clamped to her ear, getting updated on the stupid things morning television had to offer, and the things T would've liked to do later in the day if she wouldn't have been likely to be too lazy and too high to leave the house.
Kate was snickering a lot. "... Eww, T, that's disgusting."
There were worse ways to spend a morning.
[ooc: Door half-open, post completely so, do feel free to interrupt. No one's doing anything even remotely useful. Myself included.]

Almost instinctively, he pressed a little closer to her, a little more of his weight against her, and not one change in kissing her despite that movement. Bod figured she wouldn't mind the touching, all things considered.

One hand stayed where it was, caressing his neck, while the other found its way to his side. And the kissing, of course, continued.

Taking her shifting as encouragement, he wound one of his legs around hers, pulling himself a little more over her since it was either that or plaster himself against her side. So, he went with the other option, the more bold option but Bod wasn't dumb, he could see they both liked this and he could take that chance.

Was breathing really all that important?

As it was, Bod did actually stop kissing her a few moments to get his breath back but he didn't move away so there was that. He just let his forehead rest against hers and tried to catch a few breaths before he did anything else.
His tolerance for making out would get higher with time, he suspected. He hoped.

Kate could've claimed she wasn't at all out of breath, but she would've been lying. Badly.
And she had no desire to say anything at all right now, anyway. Just concentrating on taking a few deep breaths, and paying a little more attention to feeling his weight on her and the edges of his hair between her fingers, now that she wasn't being awesomely distracted by all the kissing.

He did smile though and that was probably almost as good as saying anything. Smiled and leaned into her hands some and moved one of his one hands a bit to slide against her arm and down one hip.
no subject
She didn't feel the need for that now.
Her hands stayed where they were - playing with his hair, stroking his neck - because he seemed to enjoy that, and she reached up a little bit to press a kiss on one corner of his mouth.

That kiss got another smile, a wider one, and he leaned down to try and repay the favor, settle a kiss of his own against her mouth and then lower on her chin since he was there and it was tempting.

This was easily the best morning she'd had in a long while.
